Who We Are

CrewLake is a founder-led software, AI and data engineering company based in Odisha, India. This policy explains what personal information we receive through this website and how we handle it. If you have a question, email hello@crewlake.com.

What We Collect

• Messages you send us. If you email us or use the enquiry form, we receive what you choose to include — usually your name, email address, company and project details.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive your email, CV and anything else you send to careers@crewlake.com.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver this site and protect it from abuse.

How the Enquiry Form Works

The enquiry form does not send anything by itself. When you continue, it opens your own email app with your enquiry filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact Google or other third-party services.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to reply, prepare proposals, deliver work we have agreed with you and consider job applications. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who Can See It

Only the people at CrewLake working on your enquiry or application. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365 and this website by Cloudflare; they process data on our behalf to provide those services. We share information with others only if the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries, correspondence and applications only as long as we need them for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@crewlake.com. These include your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
